Withdrawal and Refund Policies::

Materials Fees:

• No refund for materials fees will be issued on or after the first day of class, except for unopened software packages.

Course Fees: The following policies will apply without exception:

• If a student withdraws two weeks or more before the course begins, the course fees will be refunded, minus a 15% administration fee.
• If a student withdraws less than two weeks but more than one week before the course begins, the course fees will be refunded, minus a 30% administration fee.
• If a student withdraws less than one week but more than 2 days before the course begins, the course fees will be refunded, minus a 50% administration fee.
• If a student withdraws less than 2 days before the course begins, the course fees will be refunded, minus a 75% administration fee.
• No refund of course fees on or after the first day of class – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

  * Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
  * Refunds are issued by cheque only to the student (unless a third party paid the fees on behalf of the student). Please allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for processing and mail delivery.

Postponement and Transfer:

After registration, students wishing to postpone their class or transfer to another class at a different date/time must apply in writing at least one week before the course begins. If approved, fees paid can be transferred, less a $75 administration fee, and credited to another class that begins at a later or different date/time within a one-year period, subject to space availability.
